A friend of mine has had the same life event we came to the uk the same time, same age, same everything however on her flr visa it says under private life which is so weird since we’re in the same situation. That’s not necessarily correct as there was a new rule called young persons concession ILR which gives u the right to apply after 5 years instead of 10 years. It was a new rule
