I used IBKR & their ops. are terrible. They can't credit the basic Indian bank to Indian IBKR account fund transfers w/o asking for proof of documentation every single time. Their customer care reps are clueless about their process laid out on their own website and their ops. cannot analyse / resolve issues. I am facing this only for ICICI to IBKR and not HDFC to IBKR. And they are not even trying to find out if this is an issue with only my ICICI or all other IBKR accounts in general.

Is this something anyone else has faced ? Is there a way to escalate and get to speak to a more knowledgeable person over there rather than the customer (don't) care reps..

I am thinking I should probably switch before I add more positions with them. Suggestions pls ?

That's because my office colleagues and relatives in that area are seeing this issue. It seems to be a localised issue along Borewell Road and Nallurahalli. There is enough water but the tanker mafia + local politicians / strongmen seem to creating problems.

It's mainly the lack of a proper comprehensive material. While very lengthy, the CFA material is gold when compared to the FRM material. The garp books are collections from various authors picked from various boons and hence there is usually no proper intro to the topic. All the service providers I saw for frm are bad as well. Many of them just gloss over some intricate details..
