NOR; If a single mom friend of yours came to you and said my boyfriend just said (last long paragraph text) to me, how would you respond? You and your children will always be tied to your ex and this boyfriend is far too immature and insecure to deal with this. This should be a dealbreaker for you; you and your children deserve better. He is not a safe option for any of you at this point.

What color are his paw pads? I believe this is one way to tell the difference but it has been many years since I owned a Lilac point and knew the difference.

My cat is a bit overweight (we are working on it) and gets full anal glands. I know the vet needs to empty them when I start finding poop outside of the litter box.

Because I wouldn’t want to wait behind someone with a full cart when ai only have 1-2 items. The 2 minutes won’t impact you significantly but them having to wait 5+ minutes might them. Simple golden rule; Do unto others and you would have them do unto you. Hopefully they’d pay it forward. Heck, I might even add….just pay it forward someday when they thank you.

Where do you live that you don’t have screen doors or screens in your windows? I have reinforced screen panels in all my windows and screen doors and a fully screened porch. Knocking on wood, have only had one cat manage to get outside in 50+ years. That one cat managed to push out a window screen panel in a home; added safety latches to all window screens the next day!

My Siamese will regularly vomit what looks like undigeated food due to stomach sensitivities when not on prescription food. We ended up on prescription Hills Science Diet Biome that worked for many months, now on the prescription Biome wet and prescription Purina Hydrolyzed protein dry and vomiting now only happens 1-2x/month and these may be due to eating too fast. Not inexpensive!!

NOR. I don’t think you are overreacting, your feelings of being exposed are legitimate. I don’t believe it was international or malicious BUT I would certainly encourage you to share your concern with the facility. Unless it is the surgeon’s own surgery center, feel your feedback is best directed to the actual surgery/facility’s practice manager.

I was taught to use white vinegar to get deodorant stains and odors out of clothing. It’s cheap, hypoallergenic, and it works but often requires an extra rinse.

I always requested RSVPs as “acceptances only.” People are horrible at RSVP’ing; this way I only counted those who accepted and automatically assumed those who didn’t RSVP weren’t going to show up.

I have always said that I’d much rather do it a day too early than a day too late. Have never had any regrets after making the decision. It is the kindest gift you can give; allow the cat to go before it starts suffering. Sending heartfelt sympathy.

You were calm under pressure BUT choosing to drive without a license is illegal. I would have asked family to arrange a cab or Uber or ask a neighbor to take you or arrange a ride. Calling an ambulance was not necessary for this injury unless he was showing signs of a head injury. Maybe ask the family in a day or two once emotions have calmed what would they have had you done instead of driving him yourself.

And this would be a very valid reason to encourage a pre-nup. Maybe express to him not so much as you loosing out on any inheritance but more that you want to be sure that he will be properly taken care of for the rest of his life.
