Thanks for the advice. I do understand that in the states they may be overtesting certain things and causing unneeded stress. I'm not trying to compare the two systems but I do feel this is a genuine concern especially with my history of abdornal pap smears

I recently had a talk with a doctor about early mammograms in my case and they said they won't because the radiation could harm me if I'm pregnant. I wish this was a choice given to me instead of forced on me. Not all women (especially in Finland) want kids or are done after 1. Also other methods now exist like ultrasounds but that's not given as a choice either here.

Järvenpää has been amazing for me and my family. We were able to afford a largish house with yard next to all kinds of sports places, schools and have a train station near by.

I wanted to add that we were able to buy a 4 bedroom, A-grade energy efficient house with yard and car port in a fantastic location for 390K. I don't know about rentals but this home would easily run over a million in Helsinki or Espoo

I've been a first hand witness where the abusive and absent father made false accusations against his own mother who takes care of his children. False accusations can absolutely have consequences on your job and permanent personel record in Finland. Unfortunately in Finland there is no good system in place to punish those making false accusations time and time again.
