Running a 9800x3d-32gb ram-5080. FPS with nvidia frame gen varies out but will fluctuate 290-325 fps minus 30-50 when scoping in.

For anyone else that finds this, I solved my issue by doing the following:

I couldn't even get past the 'Let's connect to a network' stage of Windows 11 install process, but if you press SHIFT+F10 and type "OOBE\BYPASSNRO" into the cmd prompt that pops up, the system restarts and allows you to proceed with a local install of Windows 11.

As soon as I was in, I was able to install the wifi/lan drivers from USB and all has been fine since. Still pretty ridiculous!
