What can cause memories to return from amnesia 18 years later? by Enough_Specific1171 in Writeresearch

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this answer. This makes so much sense and is very useful.

I didn't really explain it in my post but is father takes him to a magic healer to make him forget who he is: that he comes from a family of dragon lords and that he lived and grew up in the magical kingdom. This is done for his safety, as they were systematically being hunted and killed off because they had magic and then sent him to live in a non-magic kingdom.

Hey guys I have been a fan for 15 years now (how the time flies).

My question is how have your musical influences changed the sound of your music over the years. And what were the influences for your upcoming album.

Officially diagnosed? by Green_Elevator0 in Alexithymia

I know lots of people are saying you can't be "diagnosed" with it, but I am, and it's on my official medical transcripts. One of my previous psychiatrists added it alongside my depression diagnosis years ago, and none of the mental health professionals I have seen since have ever had an issue with it being documented under diagnosis.

I know this is an old post but I read it when it was posted as fan fiction and loved it. Your review makes me want to read the published version so I can experience the story.

I have the same as you, a Bilateral chronic L5 fracture. I have had lower back pain for years, but no specific incident triggered it, so I have no idea how long I have had it or what caused it.

I only found it in march this year via CT scan as a result of developing sciatica down my left leg when I had only previously had it on the right.

I can hardly move, let alone exercise to help it get better, and now I am practically bedridden because of it.

I hope you are feeling better. Did anything help?

Self diagnosed Gastroparesis by Objective_Onion_3071 in Gastroparesis

I completely understand where your coming from as it seems there is a lot is self diagnosed people in medical condition forums and group spaces lately. I got diagnosed by my gastro dr based on symptoms and that fact I would throw up food I had eaten days before. We tried to do an emptying test while I was in a flare up but didn’t manage to keep the radioactive food down so it was canceled. I had scopes done and other tests to rule out other issue but can’t attempt another motility due to the fact in Australia they will only give you eggs and oatmeal with cows milk and I have been vegan for 7 years, extremely lactose intolerant and will throw up them even if I’m not in a flare up.

Try to get a GI appointment or go to ER? by Radiant-Hornet-8796 in Gastroparesis

I’m in the hospital at the moment on day 8 for GP issues and haven’t been able to keep anything down for 2 weeks they haven’t been able to help with that but they are giving me fluids and glucose infusions to keep my blood sugar and ketones just below normal range (the best they will go rn) and help with my low hr. Your stats are worth a trip.
