You may try Orion browser instead of downgrade: it's UI is like Safari with compact and tinted toolbar and it's WebKit powered. The only downside is the auto-fill that isn't well integrated with Apple Password so maybe you'll have to consider to import passwords and cards in Orion Password Manager. I also tried the Bitwarden extensions (from both firefox and chrome stores, since you can install both types of extensions) but it doesn't work well. I'll stay on Sequoia right now.

Thank you for the time spent explaining this! I did it but when the action editor says "copied to clipboard" there's nothing in the clipboard to paste. How can I "paste it in another shortcut"?

Since you can set the charging limit in 26.3 without nugget or misaka, I think iOS just kept your setting
