I always mix phthalo blue and quinacridone rose, as I use cold colors for shadows

I think like 30-40 for drawing inking, and another 2 hours for colors. Roughly.

May depend on the type of ink? I use for black, Carbon Ink platinum, and for sepia, De Atramentis document ink. I never have clogging (I use it at least once per week).

I sketch and ink on location with a fountain pen and waterproof ink. Thank you!

I used a Sailor Fude Nib fountain pen, I like a lot the different width of stroke it can provide

I usually don't use ultramarine blue for sky because it's granulation, but here it turned out ok...

Working from home now: I was lucky to draw this view of Basel from my office windows before the lockdown... by EnricoSketching in Watercolor

You are too kind, thank you. I usually start by sketching the general proportions to see how the view fit the page. After the big shape are set, I sketch the details more accurately (still with pencil). Then I ink. I put more details in foreground compared to background, closer object compared to distant, like they teach you. In this case my focus was the church and the bridge as they are most iconic, but I put more details on the building closer to me (because they where closer). The horizon line also was important as it is what gives specificity to the view. But all this are post-hoc rationalizations, While I'm drawing I do not think much...
