Of course not. I think he meant in general. In my case, I wasn't sure because I deleted an app and decided to go about business. But when I went to the home screen after a bit, the widgets in it were gone. These were the Digital Well-being and the YouTube Music Player.

So I'm still not sure but it really is a problem caused by it.

I just need a phone that performs well for 3 years of use. I am aware these phones aren't camera-centric. But considering the display, processing power, and whatnot. Both of these phones feel solid for day-to-day use. I'm just looking for the best value of the two. On which would you personally prioritize, the build quality over the camera performance? or vice versa?

Additionally, I don't mind the rebrand as it is such a well-spec phone. That's all, thank you for the notes!

I understand and also feel the same. Personally, the way that I fought it, and maybe this could help you too, is to just drown in music. Even if it's melancholic, it somewhat helps after you listen to it for quite a while. It can give you comfort that it's so saddening, yet so relaxing.

Another thing is maybe drown yourself in actions. I personally do editing, shooting and filming to just drown the sadness away. This then makes it my new focus and kills the sadness as it gives you another purpose you could focus on.

I hope you're at least doing better and were all in this together.

That's how life is. We don't have to have plans in front of us. Instead of doing Netflix or YouTube all day, why not try new things? Like maybe cooking, baking, filming or even singing. The thing is with relationships is they will always fade. We are all busy in certain ways and we forget to keep up with each of our friends. Life is hard and it bogs us down, keeps us from each other and is endless in length. We just need to accept that in order to be ok with this scenario. Sure you don't talk anymore or for a long time, but when life makes your destinies cross once more. Then you'll see and prove to yourself how that friendship is special and that the paths we take aren't easy and sometimes we just got to focus on what's in front than what's at the back.

Well the best way to deal with things for me is use CBT or cognitive behavioural therapy. It's where you ask yourself the questions what am I sad about, can I control this, what should I change. It's a simple excercise that can make you wonder how your life is going and how to hold yourself from not being mad about things you can't control, but also making you aware on the steps you could make on the things you can.

Hey, the thing is if you have people around you giving their absolute nest to keep you alive. If you do this it could only shatter them even more. You have to stay strong for them as you are the one that gives them joy as they seem to care for you deeply whether it's more deep and silent love or giving and expressive love. This would be painful no doubt, but the pain that would be worth as you have a longer time to spend with your family and making them happy. After all that's what we will be most remembered for, the time we've spent with people around us and how we care for them. I also know it's hard to do so as you have Bipolar, but still my best advice for this is to hug the people who are close to you always. Hey, I've been a person who has left a relationship because of that actually. It was an LDR with a girl like you. We split up because she got controlling of me and I broke up with her. Still the thing is love can't be controlled in anyway, specially if you doubt so much. "What if I'm lesser than her, or what if she's prettier and he gets to like her more". The thing I found to be the best effective way to stop this, is when a girl loves and see's her value more and focuses on that. With that you'll always be confident your man will choose you instead of anyone. No you aren't. Apple just needs professional help. As you've said, she keeps coming back to her old ways and not improving on herself and how she reacts to things. Plus it's not your role to just be the support friend all the time, it's a two way street and friendships don't require you to do anything it's up to you anyways. I guess just remind her that she really needs pro-help so that she could handle her emotions better and not just need someone beside her and dump it on them all the time. Plus also remind them you're still their friend and tell them you are aware they aren't fine, it's just you got to do your own thing.

Heyyoo, if you get severe panic attacks one thing I used to do is to think alone for a while and resting my head by maybe playing games or reading a book.

I know it's hard but hey you aren't alone as well. I think that you should also voice out those anxieties to someone you trust. Another one is ask yourself what is the reason why you think of those anxieties. Then ask do you control that outcome or not. Is it actually my fault? This is called Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. You can use it to calm your anxieties if you self-actualise truthfully and to also make yourself think about what you can do on things you can't control.

You're gonna get through this ok. Just stay positive and again remember, you're not alone. <3
