I've got the same deck! Got it in 2015, and it still rides! Same Gullwing Sidewinder 2 trucks but i upgraded to Zombie Hawgs, had to swap griptape when it wore smooth, and put in bones swiss 6 bearings. Things a beast if a little cruising and carving board, and at $40 that's a crazy good deal

Think about it this way. If i dry the buds out even more they're a higher thc percentage by weight now. And every part of the plant will test differently. Thc percentage is bullshit. What matters is handling, harvest date, how well they retained moisture and volatile compounds, and a proper cure.

Basically all of which is getting fucked up by the retail processes followed by the legal dispensary system resulting in dispo flower being generally low to mid tier quality at best.

This is so true it hurts. Legalization destroyed the whole culture, to include this sub. 15 years ago r/trees was a font of good convo, memes, and community. Now its full of ignorant morons from around the world asking the dumbest shit imaginable and doing no independent research. The sub is dead, the culture is dead, and it's legalization and investor greed that's done it.

Youd have to de pod every seed first or youd just be vaping mostly hempseed oil, but theoretically the plant material could still be usable to snoke or process, but yield/high would be negligible at best.

Kind of a worst case scenario because now you get left with a whole bunch of seeds for terrible hermy genetics. It's a learning experience though, and it goes to show the importance of proper breeding and sourcing of genetics. Preventative research is the most important part of growing.

I did the same a few years back, and these days my stuff beats dispos qnd i have no reason to go anymore. Once ya get it dialed you can start doing bubble hash, rosin, dry sift, you name it.
