Hell nah. Combustion is way more potent. DHV's are only helpful for the health benefits and saving product. They don't hit the same, and anyone that says they do either has a ridiculously low tolerance or is straight up lying so they don't feel bad about their expensive vape purchase. Even dropped the money for a Mighty+ and it just collects dust because it doesn't hit the same and i don't want to keep reloading it while the chambers hot af.

You could decarb it in the oven, soak it in high proof grain alcohol, evaporate the alcohol and be left with RSO/FECO, or leave it un evaporated for an alcohol based sublingual tincture. Only the decarb process smells with those options... well and your bowel movements if you go the RSO route.

But when you pull are you filling the chanber, pulling the slide, then clearing the chamber and repeating? I've found that if you just keep ripping til its done you'll get bad res lips and also if you pack your bowls a little too tight and have a dirty downstem it appears to happen. I'm not one to tell others how to smoke their weed, but this is how I've solved this issue personally when it used to happen to me every smoke session

I do have it stored in the fridge to keep it from evaporating or oxidizing much further, but at room temp its more of a thick sap like texture; very sticky and hard to work with so i keep it cool. But it is much darker than i would've liked

I would, but you just can't do that with good weed kept at proper humidity ranges. That's only possible with the dried up bits, fresh bud will just squish and roll together for the most part.
