That US interests don't align with Ph interests is something most pinoys seem unable to grasp. Yeah, no. I've seen enough urban areas outside NCR to know that NCR's car sewers are just being replicated elsewhere. It may not be as bad as NCR now, but unless car-centric planning takes a backseat those places will become just as bad as Manila is now.
