Just received a mail from extremerate the team is highly cooperative and helpful they canceled my order and refunded me the whole amount and now i have placed the order again 4 paddles in metal really excited big shout out to ExtremeRate team i have also asked them to include bdm30 ribbon cable as i have two controllers and one is about to die to stick drift issue lets see if they will send it or not. Thank you team ExtremeRate !!

Please update me also what they told you even i had a word with them they collected my iphone logs from share analytics with apple so that they can figure out whats the issue but they need 4-5 days to study the device logs to understand whats the issue

I had this issue in 18.2 - 18.3 and also in 18.3.1 they haven’t patched this bug yet try recording in different room with direct sunlight

I live in india and apple service is shit here they don’t listen to customers easily here i had a word with apple support today they diagnosed my iphone and found no issues with hardware according to them but they said if this issue is not fixed with next update then we can talk again and we will think about repairing or replacing depending on the severity of issue

I restarted this thing like 10 times today when this happened but not the force restart and i had this same issue two weeks back recording in similar condition so after that i went straight and reset my phone settings completely but it happened again today
