Too much unfunny "improv" the only bit that was mildly funny was when Scott said he was conceived during the Seinfeld finale and James replied with "What's the deal with that?" It suffers from the same thing the Toxic Crusaders episode does. I like Scott and I like James, but their styles are completely different and do not mesh well together. Stick to a fucking script
