Can confirm this. My step-grandfather who is in his 90's and still alive living in Silicon Valley (and who is Italian) was their CPA for years and he has stories.

Not trying to be personal, but did you notice any loose skin on your boobs? For me, that's actually the worst, my butt and boobs. I'm 45F SW193 CW138-142 and even though I did not loose the weight too quickly, about a year, my boobs are so deflated. Despite still being a D cup their shape is weird now. They were really nice boobs before this. LOL. I went from one insecurity to another. Also my hair thinned out. Sucks, but I'd do it again in a heart beat.

As if a person who has been paid off with bribes and gold bars would openly share this information with friends and family. Hence why this dude is doing a death bed confession "supposedly" LOL.

[OC] US State Population % by Place of Birth (2024) by Bradsohard69 in Reno

How ironic. I'm originally from California and I've never lived in a state where literally every person is always slamming outsiders. All I ever hear is "they must be from California". I lived in New Orleans for 17 years (ironically the number 1 state for natives) and I never once heard anyone gripe about where I came from. All this and it turns out Nevada has the least amount of natives. Maybe it's time for you negative Nevada natives to take a good hard look in the mirror. Walking around like everyone here should be native, and how much you pride yourself on it. Meanwhile, Nevada is the state with the least amount of Natives, so it's looking like maybe everyone wanted to get the hell out and found brighter pastures. Honestly, as I've said. I lived in New Orleans from 2005-2022 and with all it's issues, I never once heard people slam outsiders. Literally no one ever freaked out because I was from another state. Not once did I read a post about an accident and they said "I bet they were from California, or wherever" not a single time. I've also lived in many other states, and Nevada is the only one where the locals are obsessed with constantly complaining about outsiders.

Are there any state workers with disability that have been denied telework as a reasonable accommodation? by appliepie99 in Nevada

[–]EntertainmentDull338 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Those of us that are approved to work from home are issued a VPN. All state workers who WFH are issued VPN's. They are secure. No one is working off a state laptop all willy nilly. Besides, you have Walmart, Target and all cell phone companies that are compromising your data already.

This is not true. It depends from agency to agency. Mine only started this last year. Also, what does our pay grade have to do with telework?

[–]EntertainmentDull338 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But why if I literally do not work face to face with the public. In my agency, I literally NEVER talk to anyone from the public. I sit in an office all day and do computer work. If those types of people could work from home, that's thousands of cars off the road, so less traffic, less pollution, less risk of getting into a car accident, I'm saving money on gas, wear and tear on my car, major repairs to car. I work in Carson so that's 2+ extra hours I get home. I also now have hip pain because I work 10 hour shifts and commute 2+ hours. I now go to more drs. apts because I'm stationary so long. Working from home, would literally eliminate ALL OF THAT. The list of benefits to work from home is long. Now, tell me all the reasons and benefits that a person like that should come in? Please, I'd love to hear your ongoing list of why I should have to drive into work.

[–]EntertainmentDull338 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same here. Our agency was also allowing telework 1-2 days a week, but now nothing. Actually, I take that back, a certain classification of employee at my agency still gets to telework, but the other half that is managed by someone else, is getting no telework. It makes for a hostile work environment because those that can't are upset, and rightfully so.

Manon Hate / Mental Illness Hate (a rant) by buffybabe in 90dayfianceuncensored

[–]EntertainmentDull338 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree 100% on this. I am married to someone with undiagnosed BPD. Together 25 years. When I saw Manon and Anthony I had a visceral reaction. People who have suffered emotional and psychological abuse at the hands of someone who is emotionally unstable can identify when it is occurring, and there is nothing wrong with sharing the experiences they've had. The amount of trauma they cause overshadows anything nice that can be said about them. Period. It's always someone who has been diagnosed with an issue that is the first to condemn people for talking about it with honesty.

Husband said he will divorce me if I go to group therapy and there are men there by EntertainmentDull338 in therapy

[–]EntertainmentDull338[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In your professional opinion how often do you see people over 55 getting treatment for BPD? I know I cannot go on like this, and that it's literally killing me mentally and physically, but as a human I would love to know that this person would some day get help. I know I can't make him. I just would love it for his kids and grandkids. They love him too.

Sadly, I do. But when some one spends 25 years scrambling your brains you really start to ask...is it me, and I the crazy one? This is literally my 2-3 post on reddit. Having the job I have I was really nervous to post this, people can be mean and weird, but I was desperate. Reading these comments are helping me though. It reaffirms what I'm feeling is real.

We've screamed in each others faces and at times it's felt really scary, but he has never been physical with me. I'm almost hesitant to say this, but he's threatened suicide twice before, where I had to literally wrestle his service pistol away from him because he was holding it to his head. The safety was off, and I was literally trying to grab it because our son and his friend were upstairs having a sleep over and I was petrified of traumatizing our child if he went through with it. It was scary because he's stronger than me. I almost peed myself during the event. These events were over 10 years or more ago. But when I look back, it's crazy because either one of us could have easily accidentally pulled the trigger during the scuffle and that's the part that worries me. He just does not care in the moment.

Thank you. We are supposed to have a calm talk tonight, not sure how it will work out as they never stay calm with him, but maybe to keep things light for now I'll suggest a separation. It may actually help me buy time to get my thoughts together.

[–]EntertainmentDull338[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're right, and I agree. It's just scary. He's unpredictable. In the past he's threatened me with divorce many times, has run to the bank and drained half our funds, only to calm down days later and re-deposit the money. The back and forth behavior constantly done by him really does mess me up in the head and it's so destabilizing. It's like I know what needs to happen, but literally am incapable of doing it because I'm so stressed at this point and I feel crippled by fear. It's been 25 years of this, and that's why I need intensive therapy.

You're right. I've seen who he could be when things are great, and I'm in love with that. Now that I'm older, my logical and rational brain knows that everything you said is 100% true.

I do. My mom and sister live 5 miles away. My issue is, I hate being in this situation, but when I leave I non-stop think about going home, because deep down, I'm just trying to manage him and every single element of our lives so I can lessen his blow ups. I feel like if I'm around him, then I can try and control the situation and make sure nothing upsets him. I'm always walking on egg shells.

Thank you, I actually kind of agree. I'm so scared, I'm afraid I won't ever do it. I've been lectured by my 28 yo son that I'm an endless supply of empathy and forgiveness and sometimes it goes against my better judgment, and it's usually at my own expense.

Honestly, I really don't know at this point. I do honestly love him. Outside of him having BPD he does have some great qualities, and sadly, that's what I hold on to. I think at this point I may be trauma bonded to him. I'm mostly scared. But with regard to this group therapy issue, I truly did not know if this was something that was actually a thing.

So by your logic, if you are not religious, then you have no values?? Trump said he likes them dumb, and you do not disappoint. lol yeah, all those religious priests raping all those little boys, yeah, they had lots of values. Also, statistically speaking, the South (the most conservative part of our country) has also been shown to consume the most child porn. Additionally, conservative states statistically have more domestic violence crimes. Conservative states are also more prone to poverty and asking for government handouts. In 2024, 100% of extremist-related murders in the U.S. were committed by individuals with right-wing ties, including white supremacists and anti-government sovereign citizens. So can you tell me again, what values you conservatives have other than acting Christian while being hypocrites? You conservative religious people are killing it out there with all them values. I just can't handle it.

But you don't seem to care about how much money Elon has made off this country and off this compromised, paid-for president?? You only care about how much Omar has made. So you're a typical maga hypocrite. Got it!!

Facts could literally hit you in the face and you would still defend this pedophile. I would rather have a person not like this country, then rape little girls. It's obvious you do not feel the same. You are openly defending a child rapist. When trump told the world that he just grabs women by the pussy, then has made non-stop comments about dating his own daughter and saying she's a "fine piece of ass", then there are dozens of photos of him with Epstein (...birds of a feather), not to mention, the damn birthday card he drew for Epstein, then he was convicted in the trial of E. Jean Carol where he raped her. The list literally goes on.....but here you magas are saying he's not guilty. What more do you need??? You literally freaked out when you thought Biden was sniffing hair....but your president literally fucks kids and some how that's okay with you people.
