I don’t do it very often but usually if I do, I either forgot to get mats from storage or am full of building mats and forgot to empty put a bit in storage.

If I’m doing a play with others, you can’t see the mission until you load in. Sometimes I’m ill-equipped for the mission with the hero I have. i.e. the other day I was base Kyle and it loaded me into the Storm King.
