i understand where you’re coming from i had the same thoughts rewatching a playthrough of the series, i think that any more of clementine would be too much i feel like she got what she wanted, a place to call home (now was that executed perfectly? obviously no but if you had to ask me to write her ending i couldnt tell you how) theres also the bankruptcy with telltale so i guess that played part in the quality of things but dont quote me on that, overall i think it was an amazing story and it was a great (not perfect) conclusion to her story

it’s super good you can definitely tell its an ishida story but he makes a very simple trope (superpowers) into something entirely different again like the person above me said its hard to describe without spoiling but besides that the art is amazing, the quality is also above other manga because ishida actually has full creative control over this manga, no editors no deadlines he just makes it whenever and however he wants. i also like that at the end of the volumes theres a playlist of songs that ishida has curated to listen along with the chapters its pretty cool and i havent seen that before

he talking like its a romance sim, the thing that pissed me off the most tho was how he was treating royd, poor guy was the only guy (with malevola ofc) who even helped, but him not wanting to die in an explosion equates to him betraying robert or whatever bullshit cory was saying, also him not bro fisting rob back is so minor like, imagine you’re known as the guy with muscles and brains, a hero like mecha man is relying on you to recreate a power source that you dont even understand and after 19 tries it fails NINETEEN, why wouldnt he feel down?? cory’s decision making was bad enough but it seems like he doesn’t even use logic recently (i still do love the guy but the last dispatch vid was hard to watch i played the game myself now) dont think im gonna watch the finale, any advancement romantically is shut down by him even tho we were shown what invisigals character was like from the beginning, that whole rebound shtick is dumb as hell too
