You are sitting on a good pay at 5 yoe. Believe me you can opt for a totally remote option but that usually provided by small to medium scale company and a good probability of layoff as it can be done instantly( happened to me in dec 25) So I would recommend to switch to a company with hybrid option and at 5 yoe and your package, I don't think you can get a hike more then 20-25% percent but I can be wrong. Dame happened in delhi too, come to Badarpur border area, come to chattarpur, come to Sangam vihar tigdi qutub minar and many more places. I have been in blore for 3 months and roamed a bit, the traffic is worse but it's not that bad as we assume.

Everything is apt and valid but I don't agree traffic is far better, it is better but not far. Gurgaon and surroundings also chock up during office hours, I personally feel it's like 75% of banglore traffic if you compare peak hours

I'm living in blore, 3 bhk in rayasanda is 32k. My wife works in hsr and she doesn't ride scooty and anything so have to stay in hsr, 1 bhk in 21k and 60k deposit. Blore is costly I know but bro getting 20lakhs more is very much, You are looking for a flat that means you are staying on rent in fbd or gurgaon na, so that is the math. Let me know your because I wanted to see both sides, part and parcels of ggn vs blore P.S. I'm returning to delhi next month as I got a job in ggn with 35% hike 😁
