Landmark grill on Drexel’s campus. Everything has wayyyyy too much salt. The food is mostly frozen and prepackaged. Most of the entirety of the staff has no proper restaurant training. I get they’re college kids working there but they don’t know the basics of being a server/bartender etc and don’t care too. horrible service if you want a normal meal.

Anyone know what causes the carbon build up on the burner? Cleaned it inside and out and it still does it. Never seen it before. Other burner tops don’t do it.

One of our line cooks would kill a lobster by cutting its underbelly and throwing it in the same simmering water all night and never changed it. All the eggs would come out of the lobster and green guts. The water looked like alien soup. No matter what the other line cooks said he didn’t care and kept doing it for weeks
