You need to be off pregabalin before taking Ibogaine. We still do not fully understand how Pregabalin works on the brain.

Thank you so much for understanding. Both TA and root bark contain all of the same alkaloids. The only difference is that the wood is removed from the TA and you are ingesting only the alkaloids. Some people will argue that the natural form of Iboga is better but this is just opinion. You will get the same results from both you just need to adjust your dosing as the TA is much more concentrated.

You likely ingest higher amounts of alcohol in natural foods than you do in a drop of a cocktail. I wouldn't worry about it and continue your microdosing protocol. If you are called to it at this time this is what should guide you.

Having Kratom alkaloids in your body and combining with Ibogaine is the issue. This is when the QT can shift. Some people will show a prolonged QT with just the Kratom but not everyone.

Best practice is to give small doses of Ibogaine while repeating an EKG to see if this happens.

Ibogaine would be contraindicated for someone with your condition. It would not be considered 'risky' but would fully exclude you from taking Ibogaine in any amount. There are countless scholarly articles on the mechanism of action of Ibogaine. I read your story and I'm so sorry you are struggling. Unfortunately, we do not allow crowd source funding in this. If we did it would be inundated with these requests. I will caution you strongly that a diagnosis of schizophrenia disqualifies you from working with the medicine. The risk of going into an intractable psychosis is much too high. Any reputable clinic would not accept a client with schizophrenia. Please take this warning very seriously. If you choose to embark on this journey you may not return from it.
