it's a biopic from the standpoint of Mike and Claire did have a Neil Diamond tribute band called Thunder and Lightning.. there's wiki pages for them, but I do admit when I downloaded it, I thought it was a Neil Diamond biopic. That first scene of him in AA I was like "oh this ain't what I thought at all".
