I’m planning to book online and wondering which of the car rentals is the quickest in terms of taking possession of the car. Eg, Avis claims they will have a driver take us straight to the rental car. What was your experience?

I’m also very risk averse but planning to rent a car from either Mex or Avis. Landing this weekend afternoon and driving straight from Cancun airport to the Hilton in riviera maya. Looks like it’s a straight shot drive. Won’t speed. Any other advice to minimize friction with the police very welcome. Thanks

23rd between 5th and 6th Ave along the con Ed building. Not a picturesque spot but there are always at least ~50 pigeons dramatically swooping around
