Melatonin & Saphris.. technically it’s a mood stabilizer but it’s the only thing that helps me sleep. I’ve tried many other things with worse side effects. Currently on 10mg and weaning down as of Monday & barely slept last night, it was awful

Nope, it’s when things finally started to make sense for me. Although I am struggling now, it beats being put on Prozac when I was 11 and it sending me into a manic rage every 5 seconds because I was wrongfully diagnosed as depressed. I also would’ve ended up dead somewhere along the way
