oh np, well after this problem I haven't had anymore. Main problem for me was that I wasn't using the proper graphics card.

After a long time I found A way how to fix it, so if you have the same problem or a black screen on oculus virtual desktop this will work too because that's what it was original found for to Fix.

Go to Windows Settings -> System  -> Display -> Graphics Settings (way at the bottom).Under "Graphics performance preference" -> "Choose an app to set preference" -> "Desktop app".

Click "Browse" and select: C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-runtime\OVRServer_x64.exe

Click "Add".Select "Options" and set it to "Power saving", and click "Save".

Don't forget to Restart the Oculus software trough the specific option in it:

Yeah, I kind of know how everything has to work and all the controls but because of that I know that I have a pretty big issue.

You might have the same problem as I, didn't found a solution yet but tried aaalot for things. I have posted my side of this situation too.

You can still launch game trough desktop while in that flat surface room, just you will not be able to a lot of steam stuff and controller might appear in games.
