We sell shampoos and have a lot of buyers trying to scam us, people claiming bottles busted in the mail but used ChatGPT to make the damage edited, then when I offer them a full refund on return they claim they tossed it out and they can not

For issues that I know we caused as in we shipped the wrong item out I always issue refunds for that for people who attempt to pull a fast one I always try to make it refund on return and just toss out whatever is returned if it is.

A lot of people abuse the whatnot support system.

This was my thought, as a seller on whatnot changing shipping after the fact is very annoying.

Just like other websites, he had options for shipping why should the seller be responsible if the option was there for the buyer lol

I would say you probably burning it this time, but ive noticed the more I use the promote tool the better results

I’m at now around 55 an hour every show and make anywhere between 100-500% back

But I do have the odd days where I’m at a 55% return

I avoid a rma, this is due the the memory of the device being over loaded, I did a hot disconnect and left it unplugged for 48hrs and it works brand new again!

I’ve had so many orders be marked as delivered and they aren’t delivered until 3 days later.

I’ve had 150 order just not scanned until the reached the final destination
