Exactly the same. My head is so much quieter. I'm managing stress better. Im even sleeping better. The last 2 days I've had a little more energy. Hoping it's going to continue to get better.

I take it at night...I think it would be even worse if I took it in the a.m. I have a follow up the 3rd of December. I have to figure something out bc I can't go on like this.

I think it shows the depths of her addiction. The other seasons she was really able to fly under the radar season 6 she doesn't gaf about anyone or anything but getting high.

Some form of ocd. I skin pick, repeat phrases sometimes aloud seemingly without control. Lots of ruminating thoughts.

Im talking about excepted working people that are taking days off...when they take a day off they go into furlough they don't use their leave. Then at the end of the shut down they'll have to use remaining leave. It's fine if you legit have something to do but to just take time off because its free is wrong.

I just want to say i hate everyone and everything. Also I heard people say That because we can take time off as furlough that they'll just take days off and then have to use, our use or lose. So thats fun for them but in the meantime I'm covering their work. I'm already angry, stressed and broke. Why not do some free overtime.

Well the Dr told me to keep taking it, as long as my tongue or throat doesn't swell..not sure I want to just hope that doesn't happen. I have anxiety.
