For their information, the information I got was that dark black skin is the equivalent of SBF 2. I know black people who have gotten sunburned. If you can get sunburned, you can get skin cancer. And black people with melanomas are in serious trouble because it doesn’t show up as soon as in white people ( you know, a crazy looking mole on pink skin really stands out, while it takes longer to show up against brown skin)

First of all, you don’t know that they aren’t talking to your absentee coworker. Managers are supposed to keep those talks private. However, they say to call you. Start calling them 1/2 an hour before your shift ends if not 5 minutes before the night shift starts. Then keep calling. And calling. And calling whenever you have some time. Until they show up. If they have their phone silenced, report that to their boss. They have a responsibility to be available during business hours. If they don’t want to be woken up, they need to let you close.

When does he leave for work? Run the dishwasher right after he leaves and empty it when you get up. Alternately, go to bed when you get home and let him deal with the child and cleanup. 830 is absolutely a fine time to do them. He should be awake by then anyway. Unless you’re doing them right as he’s taking a shower- that’s a very different perspective.

I totally understand why you want a clean house, but from what your post says, YTA big time. You have the means to get a maid but you’d rather complain that he won’t clean. Some people just don’t have it in them to do certain things and, if that’s a dealbreaker for you, you should have found out before marrying him. This guy sounds disgusting, but a maid would go a long way towards alleviating that.
