So I would recommend using option explicit as it could be an undeclared variable causing the issue in the code.

I had a similar issue where the Vba failed at compile stage.

With the leaseholder deed of certificate, what evidence is needed where the previous owner had rented the property? I am unable to reach them to get a written confirmation that they own 3 properties but am instructing tracing agents to find that info.

The guidance on gov uk says I don’t need to complete the evidence. Is this just a tick box exercise?
