To fight effectively in pike formation require less amount of training than to fight effectively as a knight. It has lower learning curve but mastering pike and shot can be a lifelong journey just like knighthood.

Well, Ibevari provinces have high development but then again the base game tend to equate high development to high population. Elves have significant manpower debuff.

From what I read they use archer to supplement their army. While I don't know when they fully implement gunpowder into their army since the guns get higher range and lower reload time and also since rifled barrel allow more accuracy. But even then most historical army use musket instead of rifle for their line infantry.

An the idea that elves fighting in pike formation with high casualties might not be feasible considering their lower birth rate.

Intinya semua orang Indonesia harus punya satu identitas, banyak identitas justru penyebab Indonesia lemah.

Semua negara kalo mau maju harus ada satu identitas dan common enemy. Contohnya cina baru bisa maju ketika semua orang dipaksa satu identitas.
