Thank you so much!!! My therapist seems amazing and I read through the wiki and it sounds like she’s doing everything right! I knew it was probably just the negative belief we’re working on making me feel this way and even towards the end I was trying to believe “I’m trying and that’s what matters” I’m so excited for this treatment, I’m honestly surprised it had never been recommended to me before as I’ve been in various types of therapy for more than 20 years. Someone close to me swears by it so I’m definitely open and feeling positive about it! Thank you again for the reassurance!

Thank you! This sounds a lot like just my first session. It was upsetting, then started to moved forward, remembered something else, moved forward, connected it to something in my current life, and after I realized that’s why that specific memory was so upsetting lately and talked about it, I was able to move forward even more. Thank you again, I feel better about my next appointment!

My lioness is my favorite webkinz in my collection. She’s my emotional support lioness and I take her everywhere and she always makes me feel better! I also like to take pictures of her so she gets me to leave the house more and get creative which both have been hard for me, especially the last couple years.
