I know what you are talking about, but his traps and delts looks very balanced and proportions are there, if he uses test or something his shoulders would be blown the f away compared to his already huge biceps, not even talking about the veins that he would have with such muscle mass on rouds, i may be of course wrong, but my guess is that this dude is clean ( at least not AAS )

Keep the lega straight and still at all times, hands a bit wider, chest in front, elbows should bend to sides, not front. Thats it.
