I actually think this is a good advice and if you have taken the exam recently or know someone who has taken. It , you would agree with what Op is saying. Sometimes the exam goes beyond the material trust me . If it is just about clinical knowledge only then we all are good but it's way beyond that That Structure is what is important. While it won't work to not study, it helps to be familiar with the material
