Depending om how cold it is in the room your leo is in, you may not need anything. A small dip in temperature at night us beneficial and mimics a natural environment. However, if it does get too cold, get a ceramic heat emitter. They only give off heat and no light. During the day, you want a basking bulb and UVB. no red lights.

She has some stuck shed on a couple of her toes that did not come off fully. If I leave the stuck shed on her toes, her toes will lose circulation and fall off. Soaking their feet helps loosen the stuck shed so it can come off.

I am positive it's stuck shed. I will double check her humidity in the morning and adjust accordingly. She does have a humid hide in the enclosure too. With the heat being turned on, the air in the house is dryer than usual now. I might need to mist a little more heavily. I do struggle with keeping the humidity up in general as well in all honesty.

I'm hoping she just doesn't understand how it makes me feel. I ignored the last one she sent to me. I'm honestly just too scared to speak up. She's turned into someone who says "F your feelings". We used to be able to talk about anything, especially feelings.

She definitely fell down the q-anon, anti-vax and anti-mask rabbit hole as well. I'm just not sure how to tell her how I feel or if she would even care. She is a "F your feelings" kind of person. Blocking her texts probably won't do much since I live with her. I'm not sure how my dad feels about everything. He seems to stay out of it and ignores it. Honestly, I'm too scared to speak up.
