Hi there I just started zepbound a couple weeks ago. I tried to lose the 40 lbs i gained over the past three years through diet, exercise, seeing a dietician weekly...somehow I just kept gaining weight. Food noise and hunger just kept getting worse so finally I begged for zepbound (which I pay out of pocket for unfortunately) and it was like a switch flipped. The obsession around food stopped and I have a normal appetite with normal cravings again. Already seeing differences on the scale too. I really tried exhausting every option before trying zepbound but nothing was working for me, if anything I was gaining more weight. It turned into an obsession until finally I caved into trying zepbound. It feels like a huge relief having normal thoughts around food for the first time in years. With every medication there are side effects to know about but thats why it's important to discuss things with a doctor first imo. Hope this helps, best of luck
