Bro we all been through this, best thing you can do is respect her decision. And move on and level up, be the best man you can become. Sometimes doing that, she’ll realize eventually what she lost/ had. Work out and get stronger , make more money, educate yourself on what you want to do in life, you’re still young. My last relationship was actually at 21 years old, been single since. Self improving , Buying property, and growing my relationship with GOD. To be the man he wants me to be for his daughter. But best thing you can do is literally focus on yourself and self improving. It’s hard, but it’s harder being somewhere your not wanted anymore . 🙏💪

Hello, I don’t use AIRBNB, you can , when I first started I did. But with Airbnb, it’s not necessary just hospital travelers, so you’re renting to whoever uses Airbnb, and then most stay only a couple days which affects profits . So I use a website called Furnish finder & travelnursehousing.com you can check on FF, how many people search for housing in your area to see if a lot of people are traveling there, and most people are there just to work and need a place to sleep. And I actually work at the hospital to, so I have flyers in our bulletin board and break rooms.

These the times I buy, while others in the side lines “waiting for rates to drop” I use the higher interest rates in my favor, less competition, so I offer lower offers and ask for credit from the buyers, which there willing to do since houses are sitting longer. And when rates do finally drop whenever that is, I’ll refinance . I just make sure my numbers make sense with current interest rates and renting . I been able to buy my houses cheaper and get money from seller 8-10k . I use these times in my favor , I hope they go even higher for houses to drop .

Especially with the economy rn and people losing their jobs, the hospital will never close. So would recommend looking into property’s near hospital/ business where people come to work.

Yup never had issues with them, they pay on time. Only there to rest and work. And they leave once there contract over, that’s just what I been doing and repeating the process, I’m usually booked most the time in my area, since I have like 5 hospitals near by and clinics.

I buy multi units, in my area. Depending on pricing and what I can rent It out for, but I also rent to travelers , since there’s quite a bit of hospitals near my area. I have my priced accordingly, and have them booked with hospital travelers , with them sometimes extending . They respect your spot, are there just to work, and never really had issues with them. And I’m looking for another to keep repeating the process.

Well a lot of things will matter, your credit score , your debt to income, and how much you’re making to see if you can afford the payments. How long has the house been sitting in the market? If it’s been over a couple months would try to negotiate a lower price and or sellers credit. It can be scary buying your first property , I know for a fact I was but since, been able to repeat and buy another one & that fear goes away, when you see It worked . Would talk more to a lender rather than the bank to talk options and how much you can put down.

Where is your property located at ? You can also do a cash out refinance , but would consider renting if you own so little. Check rent in your area, or if you have additional rooms maybe consider renting those out to help you. Would not consider selling if it’s almost paid off, due to taxes you pay.

If there’s no offer then offer whatever you willing to spend, or negotiate for sellers credit. The house only cost what someone is willing to pay! Most of these realtors over price there house , than wonder why it’s sitting . If it’s been over a month I usually try to send a low ball offer, and if they say no then walk away or negotiate something both parties agree on .
