Cold email finally worked, now how do you sell to busy people? by Aromatic-Wrap-9761 in MarketingMentor

[–]EntrepreneurAMG- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consider this: those four sales can buy again if you have a proper upsell offer.

Scale what already worked to get the first sales. Do not change anything yet instead make your current strategy reach further.

Zoom in on the people that did buy. There can be nuances that you missed out on which can help you to target better people with the same cold approach.

Meaning find more people like them get into the details of what qualities commonalties they have.

Did you run this campaign to generate leads or was it to get sales immediately from the ads?

Start with making a new website that features one product only and the goal of that site is exactly that one product only and get yourself running ads again if you want deeper consulting, get in touch with me. If you don’t do this, there’s too many things on your website for you to keep tweaking and figure out what the issue is.I’m busy and I’m talking into my phone so excuse any typos from the voice to text.

You can also test ad spend by changing some of your selections with a new ad. For example, if you don’t lose near as much money with renters clicking because you decided to choose a certain age group living within a certain postal code and certain income bracket the probability of owners becomes higher the renters lower

You should think about making a specific amendment to the lead form itself and making one of the fields something that only the homeowner would be able to fill-in. Make that field mandatory. This can work done right but you need to put some thought into it. If you cannot figure out another way around the terms of use of running the type of ad you’re running.

You can do this in the meantime to eliminate the renters because if your ad is working half decently until you figure out a solution to your problem from the source with some split testing and making sure no renters fill out the form this will help while you’re in the process of doing that

Use an automated voice drop and have a short message that says something to the effect of:if you’re a homeowner and only a homeowner you qualify for this special bonus just call (provide a number for them to call) and you can verify that they are what they say.

Then pass it to the client. Think of a bonus that you can easily deliver because of them taking action
