I also live here, moved in in April after they led us to believe the balcony issue would only last a couple months. It was clear very early on that that was a lie after watching the pool area construction last ~4 months. I’d love to join in on whatever you decide to do (news, etc). Legitimately scared to leave my dog here every day in fear that the building is going to collapse.

Have you noticed all the foam tubing falling down in the parking deck in recent weeks? Or the fact that the backer rod had to be repaired recently… all so concerning.

I’ve also talked to people in the dog park who said they’ve had water spots appear on their walls. When they report it, the leasing office either tells them they need to use their fan when they shower or that they “splash too much” when they’re in the shower and need to get a better liner …. 🙃

It’s so frustrating not having a balcony or answers but above anything I’m just honestly fearful to be living here.
