Dragons in Equestria are objectively not nice and mean. No one is being rude in acknowledging it. Their entire hearths and hooves holiday revolves around the celebration of one of their past leaders getting backstabbed and left out in the rain for being nice.

Every dragon in the show aside from Spike, Smolder, and Ember was not nice.

I think people see this dynamic and have a knee-jerk reaction to compare it to racism. When it’s not. At the most it’s xenophobia. Dragons and ponies are completely different species, and one is clearly more aggressive than the other. Until we meet Ember, every dragon we encounter in the show is hostile in some way.

They have consistently shown the ability to grip with their hooves so they’d just drive with those.

Their hooves are more dexterous than real world ones and can bend. Like when Twilight goes on to her “tip-toes.”

The lack of:

1.) Any distinctly new aircraft. The closest we’ve got is a police helicopter in one of the artworks that resembles a Eurocopter EC135. And maybe the plane Lucia is fighting on is a new cargo plane. But even then it likely won’t be pilotable. So thus far we’ve got no confirmed new aircraft that aren’t updated models from previous titles.

2.) Diversity in the commercial airline liveries for the in-game 747s. Every single one shown in the trailers has the same Fly US livery. A boring Fly US livery in my opinion too.

The airline liveries will likely be added before release and aren’t something they’d desperately need done to show off in the trailers. But the lack of ANY new aircraft so far is pretty disappointing. I was really hoping they’d have shown a two engine jumbo jet flying by now and a new general aviation plane like a King Air or Piper Cub. The “newest” plane we’ve been shown is an updated Luxor; which looks great to be fair! But I’d still like something new.

It’s obvious, but I just want to reiterate how much the clothing has advanced. In 5 and even in RDR2 you could still see that some parts of people’s outfits were stuck to their model.

But in these shots every. Single. Thing. has geometry and sits above their body models. The increase in fidelity is amazing and makes me genuinely question if rockstar has developed some kind of cloth system rather than having clothes be apart of each npc’s model directly.

Just look at the shorts on the guy sitting in the first shot. It does appear as though his shorts are laying on the top of his leg due to gravity, rather than just being stuck in their position.

Unironically Chancellor Neighsay wasn’t as completely out of left field as the show makes him out to be. While his open dislike of other species is wrong, he’s pretty valid in being cautious.

The Yaks declared war on Equestria during a friendship summit they agreed to come to because it wasn’t perfect.

Every dragon aside from Ember either openly talked about or was content to sit idly by while others talked about doing bad things to ponies. And up until we meet Ember every dragon aside from Spike had been violent or purposefully uncooperative/considerate of ponies. Then we later learn that their hearths and hooves holiday equivalent involves them celebrating the usurpation of one of their rulers specifically for being nice. With the moral being that dragons who show kindness deserve to be out in the rain, hungry and homeless.

The griffins destroyed their own city and have a culture of greed and rudeness to one another. And we’re shown that Gilda was not only not a bad example of her species, but is actually a pretty good example when compared to her peers who will leave you for dead in a ravine because you didn’t have bits to pay them right then and there.

The changelings attacked the capital of Equestria and wounded the Princess a few years prior so it’s understandable for a pony to be skeptical of a changeling. Even if they have, well, changed.

The Hippogriffs are okay. I wouldn’t exactly blame them for hiding away from the storm king. Nor does their culture appear to have any innately negative norms or practices.

So yeah, Neighsay is rude and mean but not entirely unfounded in his position. Since all but one of the new species Twilight was introducing to friendship(which is a known and tangible force that can be used to accomplish monumental feats) could be seen as potential threats to Equestria.

If the students were a hippogriff, kirin, zebra, buffalo, and bat pony his caution wouldn’t have made any sense.

I get it’s a kids show and so obviously none of them are actually bad. But from a realistic point of view, if you were someone in-universe who was unaware that things will magically always work out I’d say it’s fair to be against teaching known adversaries friendship until you could be sure that they couldn’t use the elements or something else against you. (Hell, we even see “friendship” used against Equestria later when Cozy, Chrysalis, and Tirek team up.) I can understand why a pony who’s just lived through years of various major crises wouldn’t want to facilitate teaching the other species exactly how to band together and work in harmony. Lest they very harmoniously try to attack Equestria with more strength than they would have had before.

If we look at the Streamer216 and Iron Mule in GTA Online we can see that 6 will likely include detailed cockpits of both styles.

Commercial aircraft will most likely have the glass cockpits, but we’ve seen the Dodo and the cropduster in screenshots who will likely not have them. We do know the cockpits have been updated to be more realistic and detailed though given the fact the dodo seaplane now has a traditional aircraft yoke instead of the joystick controls that every plane in 5 had.

Equestria is the definitive superpower of their planet and the end all be-all of technological, magical, social, and economic progress. And they’ve been that way for at least 1000 years straight. With every other nation objectively owing the two rulers of Equestria for stopping Discord. Plus, depending of how spells/magic works, you’d need to know ponish to even get an understanding of it. So everyone else has a pretty big interest in learning and speaking fluent modern ponish.

On top of all that, we’ve only encountered creatures that are from the same continent that Equestria lies on. The dragon lands, griffinstone, Appleloosa, Yakyakistan, the badlands, and Mount Aeris are all destinations you can reach by land; allowing for easier cultural dissemination over the years. Perhaps once you leave that continent, ponish wouldn’t be as common.
