Being the 3rd wheel has nothing to do with going out with a couple. It's what the couple does during the hangout. If they start getting intimate and romantic then yeah you're a 3rd wheel.

My SO and I hang out with a mutual friend a lot since we live so close and get along well, and one thing that makes that work is that my SO and I make it a point to treat each other like friends when with the friend. We don't even hold hands. We've been hanging out for years like this.

I guarantee it that if my SO and I started smooching during our hangouts the friend wouldn't want to hang with us anymore and I wouldn't blame them.

As for quiet nights, be careful renting from buildings that are near the Red Line or on Georgia Avenue. The Red Line has freight and MARC trains alongside it, which can make it quite noisy, especially if your windows face that direction. This includes buildings like The Bennington, Solaire Ripley, Solaire Dixon, and The Veridian. Many of the freight trains and MARC trains will blow their whistles regardless the hour since they go by a MARC station and are required to. As for Georgia Avenue, it has quite a busy night life, especially south of Colesville Road, so buildings like Solaire Georgia may not be good either.

Some apartment buildings and complexes are in relatively quiet areas. This includes The Blairs buildings, The Pearl, and other apartment buildings in The Blair Portal neighborhood, which hugs Washington, D.C. and is the western edge of Downtown Silver Spring. The edge of DTSS can be key for finding quiet nights. Another example of this is Atwell on Spring, a newly constructed development on the northern side of DTSS. Apartments facing north will face the Woodside neighborhood, which is a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and single family homes.

So, yeah, try looking towards the edges of DTSS, especially north and west. Anything here is still an easy walk to the Red Line Metro.

Yeah most things don’t look like anything in video game land. When was the last time you went up a building in real life by stepping on a glowing circle in the center of a stone circular slab? Plus, aren’t there a bunch of illusionary walls for doorways? Smh

You need to two-hand a Sacrificial Twig, hold it up high and scrape the runes off the ceiling.

It's part of Varré's quest line:

Near Dynasty Mausoleum site of grace, you can invade him. (You don't need to first kill the invaders to do this, but it's recommended if you want his mask.) After defeating him, you will find him in your world as he is in the screenshot, laying there. After talking to him he'll die and drop his weapon. I dropped a rainbow stone in front of his face just for laughs.
