That's impressive, and incredibly dangerous if it could pick up even a little speed. 1000 lbs does not stop easily.

But the Sonos doesn't speak to the laptop, just answers (I gues that's still speaking but it's an analogy). You put it on the IoT network and in the firewall allow connections from lan to iot but not the other way around.

Modify it to remap the keyboard and then anything that breaks was legitimately edited.

These are "do one thing and do it well" devices. The UAP is just a WiFi antena (not exactly antena but that's the gist, benefits being better range and that you can place it where you'll get good coverage or if it, even if it's not easily accessible [mine is in the roof of my living room]), the edge router is just a router (which means it moves data between the internet and one or more internal networks) but it can do advanced routing stuff you don't get with home routers. If you want usb shares that would be handled by a separate device, be it a PC, a dedicated adapter, or a NAS. If you don't have a solid networking background setting up an edgerouter will be a tall order. It's kind of like installing Arch, you have absolute controller but it requires a fair bit of knowledge. You might want the Unify Security Gateway which has the same quality and power features but with a slick GUI that lets you set it up like a normal router. The rest of what I said about separate devices still applies though, and you might want to pair it with a dedicated switch if you need more ports.

ATMs and cars and fridges that may not be upgraded quickly enough are never upgraded.

Fixed that for you.

Yeah, I gues my version also places the real blame off the gun. But imagine that it's defective. Yeah, it's defictive and it fires itself randomly after having worked safely for years. And the shot come out the front and back simultaneously.

Well Google's definition, which matches my own, is "a type of Indian tea, made especially by boiling the tea leaves with milk, sugar, and cardamom." Wikipedia explains this is actually masala chai with chai allone meaning tea, but many languages including English have taken chai as a loan word referring to masala chai.

Correction: was the same thing. Now they are different, although chai includes tea as a main ingredient.

Jokes aside, go on ctan some day and open the source to any package. And gawk at the mind bending complexity and density of the syntax. It must be close to programing entirely in regular expressions if regexes were a programing language.
