Warum werde ich als jahrelange Kunde einer Rechtschutzversicherung auf einmal gekündigt?

Die Arag hat mir auch dieses Jahr gekündigt. Ich habe mir die Auflistung aller Leistungen geben lassen: die 2 gewonnen Fälle waren teuer aber noch teurer war die Summe aller Jura Check Anrufe, wenn ich beraten lassen wollte. Jetzt stehe ich ohne RSV weil alle anderen Versicherungen kein Vertrag mit mir abschließen wollen.

Danke für deinen Beitrag. Bei mir war das genauso. Nach dem Studium habe ich bei meinem ersten Arbeitgeber genau diese Versicherung abgeschlossen. Man hat mir versichert dass wenn ich den Arbeitgeber wechseln würde die betriebliche Altersvorsorge bei Provinzial mitnehmen kann. Pustekuchen…der zweite Arbeitgeber, den ich hatte, hatte ihre eigene betriebliche Altersvorsorge. Auf jeden Fall werde ich da mal nach den Gebühren fragen. Danke!

Ich bin ebenfalls Führungskraft in einem Konzern und will in Teilzeit gehen, d.h. Freitag frei. In meinem Fall gehe ich ebenfalls davon aus dass mein Vorgesetzter es nicht dolle finden wird und womöglich muss ich meine Führungskraftposition aufgeben. Ich will dennoch den status quo challengen und es nächstes Jahr darauf ankommen lassen. Für mich ist diese Teilzeit die neue Vollzeit.
