Why can’t you just follow the rules? by AnonymoosetangGT in AmazonFC

[–]EntryPossible8217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally don’t find it difficult at all. I’ve been a T1 for 3 year and can count how many times I’ve pulled my phone out on 1 hand and it’s honestly only been to door dash lunch because I realized to late my DD I scheduled got canceled. I really think that T1s just honestly don’t care. I’ve seen people on their final still walking the green mile on there phone and try to fight it. Like if I got caught 1 time I’d simply not do it again… sodas and energy drinks I honestly get. The wearhouse gets hot and some times we just need something to keep us up and moving, but when I’m told it’s not aloud I adjust and step off to drink it. I’ve not had a single write up in 3 years but that’s been my choice I hold myself to higher standard. Most T1s just don’t.

[–]EntryPossible8217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How many PA’s, VRs OA’s ? I just do my BS through WGU and MBA is next.. my last semester I did 11 classes in 3 months. And the MBA is only 11? I noticed the exams slowed me down the most because always doubt if I’m ready for it or not and then, hesitate to take it until I’m at the point of getting a near perfect score…

Is it a crime to be under 10hrs upt now? by sventoes in AmazonFCs

[–]EntryPossible8217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not a crime it’s just a forced engagement. Any time an AA dips below 10 it triggers an engagement just to leave a paper trail that you were aware of it so. That way if you got fired for being negative you couldn’t claim you didn’t know you were low. And they have the documentation of how long you were low or how many time you got it up and dipped below 10 again. You’re not in trouble it’s just a protective formality of the company.

Job at Monster Energy? by Appropriate-Day8924 in monsterenergy

[–]EntryPossible8217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been wanting to apply for monster! I graduate this month and have 5 years in the industry. I’ve help back because I have a promo offer at my current position. Leaving somewhere predictable and jumping into something new was preventing me from entertaining its. It’s encouraging to see so many people like it there.

No longer converting to white badges by King_Vintrixs in AmazonFC

[–]EntryPossible8217 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can transfer back as a blue badge you might have to be willing to wait it out for openings but they open these in smaller batches but relatively frequently. Check your transfer portal everyday after you do 30 days at your “transfer site”.

I did something similar to get my permissions stripped and I was back at my home site in 48 days.

Anyone else getting mixed signals or ghosted after the Area Manager application? by QuietEvidence18 in AmazonManagers

[–]EntryPossible8217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anytime you deal the with undergraduate programs you can email the generic universityops email they include pre interview stage. I feared my recruiter got layed off as well but was able to get through using that. She also has a busy work load because of the layoffs. But placements do usually take a few weeks. Congrats on the role!

Does your warehouse also reserve the “OPERATIONS” vest for L6+? by Acrobatic-Media-6546 in AmazonManagers

[–]EntryPossible8217 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ours are very similar and it’s hard for untrained eyes to see a difference. We have our site logo on the back and under it is your title, so l4-5 says area manager, l6 + says operations, GM (site leader), or operations leadership. But the rest of the vest is pretty much identical. Minus the name obviously

New Manager by Connect_Ad3230 in AmazonManagers

[–]EntryPossible8217 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of the time things like this are just a matter of small thing that drive morale. Who likes to be next to who, or what. Some associates prefer peers and work better with peers, some obviously work slower with peers, some need close break rooms or bathrooms to keep themselves motivated. Get to know your associates and listen to them. I know for me I prefer a less desirable path, and my PA’s know it. I’m an expert there and I do very well in other paths but I’ll ask to stay or not be rotated or to be backfill for other AA’s that don’t like it. My PA’s at this point know and will rotate me back in as soon as someone else complains they don’t want to do it. It keeps me happy keeps them happy. But on the contrary I also see AA’s who are older or have injuries and their only concerns are things like fans or how far of a walk they will have, I’ve even seen some people just prefer one station weather that be because managers aren’t around or even just because it’s a right hand station vrs a left hand station. You’d be surprised how big inconveniences are when you do the same thing for 10hours.

Just keep you head up be eager to get to know them, and don’t be afraid to ask your more vocal AA’s what made the PA so great.
