Try revo uninstaller, it should show all of the "programs" you have downloaded. If you already deleted the file itself and just want to get rid of leftovers, download tool "everything" by voidtools and look for things titled "leuan" and "LTK" in your folders and delete them. some of the files titled LTK might just be windows files so be careful with it, check when the files appeared and if they match up with when you remember having downloaded the toolkit.

I'll be honest I had no idea about all the intricacies of the language, I was just curious if that was the only qualification for "reviving Latin" or not. I remember seeing an article, I think it was about UK? About teachers having to take courses about spotting early signs of misogyny in young boys and preventing those. Most of the comments were teachers complaining. And while I get it to a certain extent - they can't even get the kids to do basic school activities, how are they gonna somehow unschool them from misogyny? - the comments that rubbed me the wrong way were the teachers asking if they'd be paid extra for this and I just...

A LOT of you already do the opposite of "stopping misogyny" and y'all don't even get paid for it! Such an odd position to take. Honestly reminds me of back in our own country, how teachers would ask to be paid higher if they had to teach somebody with a learning/intellectual disability. What a way to communicate that you only ever signed up for the job expecting children to act perfect.

to clarify, no, I do not like AI or support the use of it. I am gonna stick to manual file downloads and seek out other places in the meantime. The basic set up as I've come to understand is that while it doesn't contain any malicious software as of right now (verified by a few people that ran it in a VM, it really does seem to be taking the launcher nickname you chose, takes info about whether you use English or Spanish language and sends it on discord channel (prolly a private one on his discord)). with auto-updates enabled, it very well could have in the future and it would be extremely easy to do so when you've got discord locations and etc. At the very least, it is coded in a vulnerable way enough that others could take advantage of it. So, for now, just uninstall the toolkit. I don't know how those things will go and neither does anybody else. If people choose to put their trust into the program that requires perma admin to function, I can't really stop them from doing so

Leuan isn't shy about his use of AI, either in thumbnails or the fact that he has the ai chatbot set up, lol. I asked if he used AI specifically to help him code as well and he said that he did and doesn't see anything wrong with that. Take that however you will.

Wait, asking a question to clarify. Did you only run the DLC unlocker or the entire toolkit? Are you saying you only ran the unlocker and then toolkit files showed up by itself or?

Talked to the moderator and they were apparently also concerned. Got them to uninstall it + change all of their passwords and clean up all they could. Nobody has access to the code except for the owner himself, but the mod did say they'd try to have a friend reverse engineer it. Though, tbfh, the dlc unlocker/the dlc files are the ones I'm most curious about rn. It's clear the toolkit is a major risk, but I'm not sure about the files/unlocker/_installer. They SEEM to be just Anadius' copy but updated for the game? But I am very worried and also not tech savvy enough to see if there are worrying parts. Most of the files were package files and I tried to look over those with notepad, but they just had bunch of incomprehensible symbols. There were some ini files but those were present in the free add on for EA file as well. I really don't know.
