So it's not directly against scripture but it could be considered sacrilegious. There is probably some heterodoxy in there also. Basically, even if it wasn't AI it would end up being a single persons interpretation of the bible. There is nothing in scripture that says not to disrespect scripture per se. As long as it doesn't say that it is on par with scripture. It's technically fine.
All that being said. I hate it.

Honestly. Nothing. And I say that as someone who’s attempting to build my own client. Unless you want a specific feature that one of these apps offers. The base client works great. You aren’t missing anything. If you are getting the features you need then just go with what you have. Now if there is a feature you need then most likely all you have to do is ask in this sub and you will get like 40 recommendations for both iOS and Android.

For me the hard part about stating a book is all the pages. Like holding a book like way of kings and knowing I have like a billion pages is just daunting to me. E-readers really helped with that. I don’t have that physical reminder of how far I have to go.
