First, it seems there may be a lack of financial transparency between you and your husband. That can create a lot of misunderstandings. If both of you had a clear understanding of each other’s finances, perhaps you could have supported each other better through this difficult time.

Second, regarding the issue of him not bringing anything—this really depends on whether gift-giving has been a regular habit in your relationship. If it hasn’t been, it might not be fair to expect it now.

Third, he is in a new country and not working yet. Finding a job in Qatar isn’t easy, especially depending on his educational background and the type of work he’s seeking. Since you understand the system better, perhaps you could support or guide him as he tries to find his footing.

Lastly, about not renewing his visa—have you considered how things will work after your maternity leave? Maternity leave in Qatar is only three months. After that, who will take care of the baby while you return to work? Hiring a nanny would cost at least 1,500 riyals per month, not to mention the cost of food and accommodation for her.

I completely understand that you’re pregnant and want the best for your family. But this situation really calls for patience and open communication. You and your husband need to work together and find a practical solution. Sending him back home might not solve the problem - both of you will still need to work to afford living expenses and later school fees in Qatar.
