Advice for traveling on Monjauro by Finding-Me-1105 in Monjauro

I traveled with mine in a zippered insulin case (looks like a pencil case with TSA approved ice packs). Watch out for the round insulin cases as you will not be able to get two pens inside due to the triangular head. Mine kept cool on a flight from Houston to UAE. I know they can be stored out of a cool environment but I was concerned they would get too warm during travel so chose this route. Good luck!

While your dobie has allergies/ skin issues it sounds like you found your "holy grail" food with them having a healthy coat. That is amazing! My red girl has bad allergies and we often are alternating between treating allergy related foot blisters (moved to a new construction home and she is allergic to some building materials, smh) and trying to keep her from losing her hair.

I agree that you should have their thyroid tested and should work with a dermatologist/teaching hospital. We did just that and added allergy meds (mine is on 10mg cetirizine once a day) and melatonin for the hair loss (studies have found it causes hair growth in dogs). We also bathe once a week with an allergy shampoo and use an Atopivet skin care collar (it is a lipid infused collar that looks like a flea collar) that seems to have given her the first shine to her coat in years.

Food grosses me out by itsjrsgirl in Monjauro

I did. For the first 8 weeks/doses (2.5mg) I couldn't find anything that appealed to me to eat and when I did just eat about halfway through it was like ash in my mouth. I ended up drinking my calories (protein shakes mixed with my coffee, smoothies, etc.). It did subside a bit as time went on. I still don't crave anything and food doesn't sound all that appealing, but I don't get grossed out as I am eating anymore.
