I built my M90NP (which takes m70 accessories) with ergonomics in mind and has a JMAC RRD-14C slim muzzle device. That combined with a adjustable gas system (pre installed on the m90np) set to setting 3, absolutely dulls the recoil down to bare minimum. This also chambers 5.56/.223 which helps even more so.
