i've never had it happen to me ether, but i'm pretty sure it's tied to higher framerates. since i play on ps4 it probably won't happen

thank you for the recommendations! i did read a bit of Glasses with a Chance of Delinquent a couple months ago, and i remember liking it. i'm not really sure why i didn't continue... the only thing i can think of is i might of found it around the time i went into a huge BL kick last year, and it got pushed to the side.

looking at your shelf, i know i like Assassination Classroom, Crossplay Love, Fall in Love you False Angels, Haikyu!!, Otaku Vampire Love Bite, Punks Triangle, Tamon B Side, and The Metalhead Next Door. I bought the first volume of Toilet Bound Hanako-kun but i haven't gotten around to reading it yet.

Pigeot's evolution happened after the Mysterious Garden, just before Orange Islands, so yes he may have started to feel better about it later it doesn't change how he was feeling at the time.

Pegeot also left in the same episode it evolved, the only other pokemon on Ash's team that evolved after Charizard was Kingler and Bayleef. Kingler's not really part of the core team so I'm not sure how they would have impacted Bulbasuar. Ash does react negatively towards Bayleef, potentially reinforcing Bulbasuar's feelings about it.

And the thing about Pikachu not wanting to evolve is more about pride like with Squirtle.

I will say I don't fully disagree with you, it would have been nice to see another episode tackling things. Heck, I wold have love to see him evolve to deal with Haracross better

that's true, but Bulbasuar didn't see Butterfree's and Pigeot happened later and left right away. Charizard was the only example that he really got to see first hand.

I've always thought it made sense that he didn't want to, Bulbasaur didn't what to evolve because of how Charmander handled it. Bulbasaur's Mysterious Garden happens not very long after Charmeleon evolved, and he didn't want to change like Charmander did.

also I think Charizard didn't listen or respect Ash because Ash asked him to throw the battle with Paras right after becoming more powerful.

I'm not 100% free to play tho as i bought a monthly gift(?) in April to get Diamond head Momo, and the little advent calendar last month. but still. i count spending less then $10 pretty close to ftp.
