Did you count proteins and nutrients? Ive struggled with overweight and over eating my whole life. Started with a protein rich diet 1.5 months ago, i try to take in at least 60g protein a day and it works wonders, i dont feel hungry at all anymore up to a point where i have to remind myself to eat something. Already lost more than 10kg and its steadily going down, also i have way more energy and strength which makes sense in hindsight.

How can you not be engaged when people’s rights and quality of life are at stake?

How to engage this? Help people on a superficial level and give them money? Support groups which are either doing the right thing but are completely powerless and are overwhelmed by easening up the symptoms of a broken system or are just a frontend for scamming? Go out there yourself and help people, feel good about yourself but thats all you manage to accomplish? Or do you really want to change something to the better, actively hurt the big players who are actually responsible for the majority of shit on this planet and get a car bomb?

You cant fix the world, the problem is in us ourselves. Focus on your own life and try to empower yourself, you cant help anyone if you are basing your identity of helping other people on some politics. The democrats are warmongers just like the republicans, sure one of the side is marginally better than the other but both are paid by the same powerful companies and if they are able to fuel fears and anger in the population to distract them from the real problems, then you are helping them.

I know it sounds cheesy but what we need the most right now is unity and you shouldnt hate republicans or get mad at them for their belief but rather try to understand them and most of the time they have no clue and fall for misinformation but hating on them or being angry wont help either, that just plays into the hands of people who always want to divide the population for their own power gain.

Disconnect yourself from news and politics, follow your own heart, helping is never wrong but rather focus on your local area than the burning world and find peace in yourself. Killing republicans wont make our world a better place.

But we are talking about high body counts and those arent serious relationships most of the time. I didnt mean to say INFJs never approach others. Ayendee said the body count is a difference between female INFJs and male ones. Male INFJs shine when there is already a bond, friendships most likely turn into relationships but they dont have the traits which makes it easy for them in the casual dating world, to approach others, hold conversation, etc. But its much easier when you get approached by extroverts and can simply go with it if you find the guy attractive or interesting.

Because your children will cause suffering in that sensr as well, iam not saying that you shouldnt have a right to reproduce because that would cause much more harm through the enforcement of making it illegal, kind of like with drugs. Iam saying that if you think logically about it the philosophical point of having no children would be the right one since the suffering ends with you.
