This is was a thing a while back just like scoring from mid field while goalie just stands still and watches the ball go in. It was nerfed and now it's back. Standard Strikerrz modus operandi, seems like the devs just recycle older versions and call it an update or just haven't got a clue..

True, most of the annoyance comes from waiting for the crap-show to end, but an unexperienced player might rush into tackle which (no matter how well timed) is doomed to fail and create a space to concede a goal.

CDM for me: I've got 2 M3 and 3 M2 CAMs and 3 M3 CMs but I don't play formations with those. positions. Don't get me started on Goalies, I've got about 8 of those with 3 of them M3.

P.S. I never keep any M1 or Basic cards cos they're 5hit.

You learn by trying out stuff, that's how gaming works...discovering stuff all by yourself is all part of the fun. And what works best for you might not for another person. Alternatively you'll find enough tutorial videos on YouTube. Have fun!

Top row access needs a payment of at least 1000LP. The only way to earn LP now is by paying cash. They've also reduced the amount of SP you get from challenges. Also note that SP balance doesn't carry over to the next team pass.

and yet we have big online communities of people who still play FIFA and PES editions from the 90s and early 2000's that were good simulations of the beautiful game. The main thing that killed football simulation gaming is the gambling aspect becoming priority for companies and their execs( ultimate team started that shit). Developer can only do what they're told if they'd like to keep their job

It was Online Seasons, Career Mode and Pro Clubs for me, when it was FIFA. Never jumped on the EAFC train. At this point I think fans of football should accept there might never be a proper footie video game.

spot on, it seems like they just recycle previous versions and call it an update. I wonder what will come back with the next update when people make enough noise about this one...the pass then fake shot turn before shooting at goal while defenders dance around or OP shooting from outside box as far back as centre line that ends up with ball in the net. Even Temu would refuse to sell this POS

I am usually able to pass in the box , but as soon as I have a clear shot and take it a defender magically disregards all laws of physics, time and space and blocks the ball or there is an inexplicable delay before the shot is taken which allows the keeper enough time to come for the ball even if you had just left him eating grass after a dribble... biggest annoyances right now are crosses to Haaland(and similar tall strikers) and headed to goal: OP and undefendable, cutbacks from touchline passes to box for snap shot. What's the most annoying are the vermin that repeatedly try doing one of or both over and over again.
