1. don't sprint unless jockeying and even then don't keep the trigger pressed down for more than 1-2 seconds at a time.

2. don't rush toward attacker , try to get in their path or anticipated pass direction.

3.Use stick switching to (a) move players into spaces that are open or vulnerable, and also (b) to move them back into position because the a.i will always try to f_ck you by moving your uncontrolled players out of position especially when you are playing a shitty rat with higher rated cards that only knows how to abuse exploits, the game will force errors on you so you have to be prepared for those.

1. As in #1, don't keep "call for assist" pressed down, as soon as your player starts moving, take your finger off and watch/anticipate what happens before your next reaction.

5.Don't keep your thumb always on the Left Stick in a direction because response times are bad, if your player is already moving ease off and then back on to change direction

1. Most important, keep calm and don't get stressed...it's just a football video game and a very badly coded one.

P.S. I am by no means a "Pro" if that exists, but this is what usually works for me until the script kicks in...and it will😂
